Mysql query same column multiple times

I am using a php user administration plugin called admidio. Now I tried to
select uid, the names and living countries of all normal members ordered
by a order key, which sounds really easy at first (see below).
So basically what I want is the usr_id, the usd_value of the table rows
with usd_id=1 as name and the usd_value of the table rows with usd_id=2 as
country from the table adm_user_data for each user where usr_rol_id=2
(table adm_members) ordered by the usd_value with usd_id=3 (table
adm_user_data).

I tried many different ways (multiple table instances, multiple joins of
the same table,..) but I allways got to a point somewhen where my strategy
failed. Is it possible only using mysql or will I have to process the data
with php?
